This type of MDF is made with coloured melamine surfaces bonded to both its sides, making it non-porous. The material comes in various sheet sizes, thickness ranges, and finishes. This material is best suited for indoor applications.

Native to the African rainforests, Teak Dabema is moderately durable and strong. Naturally resistant to decay, the wood is ideal for construction and flooring. While the Dabema sapwood is light pink or red in colour, the heartwood is dark brown and is easy to determine. The grain is typically interlocked and gives ribbon-like figures when quartersawn.

A hardwood common throughout the eastern United States is American white oak. The name ‘white oak’ includes many species, eight of which are commercially available as timber. The heartwood of American white oak ranges from pale yellow to medium brown, sometimes with a hint of pink. The sapwood is light in colour. American white oak has light-coloured sapwood and a light to dark brown heartwood, which is very similar in appearance and colour to European oak.

The Spider is the name of the plywood coated fully with polypropylene film, which is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant 0.5 mm thickness PP plastic on both sides, coating and connecting to the inner plywood core. The physical and mechanical properties are much higher than traditional film faced plywood.

Extraplex is film-faced plywood that is lightweight, resistant to corrosion attack and water, easily combined with other materials, and easy to clean and cut. Treating the edges with waterproof paint makes it highly water-and wear-resistant. Due to its durability and the easily handled surface, it can be used in open environments in construction and building.

Whitewood gives the finest quality lumber. It comes from the tallest hardwood tree, which can grow to 160 feet or more. The creamy white colour of whitewood is what makes it special. The wood has a straight grain and it is also soft. This makes it a great option for various cuts. Whitewood lumber can be easily shaped because of its soft texture.

 

 

Tie wire is a quick and easy way of securing two or more lengths of rebar reinforcement steel or mesh together. This keeps the steel securely in position prior to and during the concrete pour. Based on different surface treatments, it can be divided into galvanized rebar tie wire (electro-galvanized, hot-dipped galvanized), PVC-coated rebar tie wire, and stainless rebar tie wire, etc. Based on wire shapes, it can be divided into straight binding wire, loop tie wire, U-type wire, coil rebar tie wire, etc.

An emulsified thixotropic bitumen protective coating is known as a polycoat. When the coating dries, it forms a black, flexible protective film. The finished film creates a tough barrier to vapor transmission.
